i went to the physician just now.

and he says that i dislocated my wrist. uh? hahahs.
so he asked me to play my hand over a bowl of boiling hothothot chinese medicine and herbs. woah i tell you, it was verrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy hot.
then he placed a plastic sheet over my hand. so as to let the the steam get on to my hand and someway and somehow, its suppose to help release the pain or something. i kept lifting the plastic sheet as i really could'nt take the heat. my whole hand got wet with steam of the liquid. and the steam kept contacting with my hand like as if my hand is going to burnt. the heat was immense and unbearable. so after bout 15 minutes he took off the plastic sheet and i was like phew, its over.

then he ask me to soak my hand into the bowl. uh?! i submerged my hand for 1 second and take it out to let it cool. then put in 1 second, take out again. put in, take out. put in, take out. then it kept going on and on for about a minute. cause it was very hot i tell you.
my father came and told me to bear with it as it wont be as effective once its cold. so did the other assistant say what, in chinese, cold already, wont work, only work when hot.
so i have no choice but to submerged it inside. but i still took my hand out after a few seconds. no one can take the heat lah. unless he is made of steel.

so after that, he help me 'pull' my hand. if you know what it means. 'la' in chinese. soyah. after which he wrapped my hand with the bandage and gave me a spray.

its the second time i injured it and i have to very very careful from injuring it again. if so, it may come every now and then, which is bad.

is there chem test tmr?
some say there is but i clearly dont remember hearing the teacher informing us, so does eleanor. anyway, i have borrowed the notes and textbook from keping cause i left everything related to chem in class. thankyou thankyou. hahahs. i briefly read through. i will study tmr during moving monday as i cannot play vball and my wrist is injured. yea.
